Anne B. Howard was licensed by the California State Bar in 2000 and has been working full-time ever since. Before becoming an attorney she had worked in the legal field for nearly 20 years. During her nearly four-decade-long career, she has primarily specialized in family law, training to be both a mediator and a collaborative law practitioner.

Anne B. Howard’s mediation training includes a certificate from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University, collaborative training, and other ongoing mediation courses. Beyond mediation, Anne B. Howard offers simple wills and trusts. 

For the past 15 years, Attorney Anne has been volunteering for the San Diego Superior Court as a Pro Tem Attorney, settling cases for litigants at their Mandatory Settlement Conferences. This involves working with litigants and their attorneys to try to reach a resolution of their case and avoid the cost of a trial.
